With an Associate's degree in Fine Art from Southern Utah University and a background in art and creative works, Sarah crafts stories that explore the gray areas between light and darkness, good and evil.

Her vision for Evelyn's journey stems from a lifelong fascination with mythology, the supernatural, and characters who defy simple categorization. Sarah believes the most compelling stories are those that challenge readers to question their assumptions and see the world through new eyes.

The alley smelled like rot and forgotten promises.

Evelyn pressed her back against the cold brick wall, counting her breaths. One. Two. Three. The shadows around her felt alive, writhing with something that wasn't quite darkness. Her hands trembled—not from fear, but from the effort of keeping the fire inside her skin.

Control it. Always control it.

Jacob's voice echoed in her head, the same words he'd drilled into her since she was fourteen. Five years of training, of learning to hide what she was, and it all came down to this: don't let them see what you can do. Don't let them know you're different.
